Purpose:
The goal of the Hospitality Team is to provide refreshments for after the service. We believe that having refreshments encourages people to stay afterwards and visit with one another!

Opportunities:
Before the service, the team is responsible for preparing the coffee, lemonade, and trays.. Then, a few minutes before the service ends, we put the final touches on the refreshments in the fellowship hall. After fellowship”, we wash up the trays and pots, and we pack them away.

Commitment:
The Hospitality Team has ### teams who are scheduled for one Sunday a month. A fifth team has people who act as reliefs for the others, and handle the duties when there is a fifth Sunday in a month. Team members arrive at ?am to prepare the refreshments.
